Comet Dust

The note possesses a dry, metallic, and somewhat abrasive quality, akin to fine, cold powder. It has a faint but pervasive ozonic character, reminiscent of the aftermath of a lightning strike or the sterile air of a high-altitude environment. There's an underlying mineralic aspect, like pulverized stone, mixed with the distant tang of something burning, yet intensely cold. The initial impact is sharp and slightly acrid, followed by a smoother, stony drydown that lingers like the memory of a fleeting, bright flash. There is also a faint whiff of something akin to burnt caramel at the very tail end, adding a surprising, almost comforting, nuance. It projects subtly and has a surprisingly long longevity for a top note accord, sticking around as a mineralic base.
