This one really surprised me. Have never experienced anything quite like it. Given the ingredients, of course it's somewhat vegetal, but in the most warm subtly sweet manner that makes it feel like you've been transported to a french kitchen in 1889, with glazed sweet potatoes and carrots being pulled out of the oven after being cooked to perfection.
