Grandiflorum jasmine often exhibits a more pronounced waxy, slightly fruity, and deeply sensual character. The indolic facet, reminiscent of mothballs or decay, is a hallmark of natural jasmine absolute and contributes to its captivating, almost dirty sensuality. Its texture feels opulent and velvety. Intensity is typically high, with excellent projection and diffusion, particularly as a heart note. Longevity is significant, often lingering well into the base, especially when supported by fixatives.
